Hello, all! I was considering Bryn Mawr College for a Ph.D. in Classical Archaeology, and I was wondering if anyone could give me any insight into what it's like to live in the area? I'm originally from Delaware, so I'm used to small/quiet places, so if that's the vibe, I won't mind it as much. I've lived in Las Vegas for the last couple of years, and I'm unsure if I want to keep living in loud/bustling areas. So, if I attend BMC, what's around that would be walkable from off-campus housing, or would I need to have a car? (I have one but want to make sure I can walk if necessary). What's the community around the campus like? What do you like/not like about it? Any and all information would be appreciated! Thank you in advance 😄

Hi! I just got into Villanova's psychology masters program for the fall. I am from NY and will either be completing my master degree in NY at Queens College or away at Villanova. This is a big decision for me as I have never previously gone away to school. I also didn't receive any stipend/finding as I applied too late. I know Villanova has a wonderful reputation as a university but does anyone know anything about their reputation in the psych world? I feel that having Villanova on my resume might help with my future applications to PHD/PsyD programs, but how recognized is Villanova's psych program? If I were to go, I would like to almost guarantee that I can get into a great clinical doctorate program since Villanova seems to have the research opportunities I need before applying. Any advice would be great!

Hi! I was wondering if anyone out there is working in the "speech-pathology" field while going to grad school. I'm located in Pennsylvania, a state where SLPA's doing exist. I'm curious what kinds of jobs are available to people who want to build their work experience in the field, but don't have a degree yet? Thanks in advance!

I am applying for MS CS for the fall 2018 session. I am confused about which university I should choose from these four options - Columbia, Gatech, USC and Pennsylvania. My primary interest is in the are of machine learning and AI. Here are my stats - University - JIIT Noida Sector 62 CGPA - 6.8/10 (My mother was admitted due to some illness for 3 years during my college, so there is a steady decline in grades, and the trend is apparent in my transcripts. Amounts to approx 74%) GRE - 323(Q:165, V:158, AWA: 4.0) TOEFL - 107 Resume - RESUME_Final.pdf Can somebody guide me and give me some realistic chances of acceptance. I am leaning towards Columbia and Gatech, but I don't have any knowledge of their acceptance rates. Regards, Piyush Kathuria

I applied to UPenn's Fels Institute of Government full-time MPA program (not the executive program). I accepted the invitation to do an optional interview with an alum tomorrow. Has anyone else interviewed? Any thoughts on preparation? How about thoughts on phone interviews in general? Thanks everyone! -Lou
