Why I am putting myself through this again? I do not have an answer, but I am here. Anyone else out there going through the portfolio/statement of purpose process, still? My first application goes out next week (University of Arizona). I am beyond nervous. How do you decide when everything is "done"? When is anything ever done, haha
First post: Just found out about this website and would love some help. I am deciding between 3 school for Biomedical Sciences PhD. The university of Colorado @ Denver, the University of Arizona and the University of Southern California. Anyone have thoughts on these three schools? I am looking to go into academia if that helps. I felt that Denver was very industry focused from my interview weekend at least. So I am concerned that is not going to get me the secondary skills necessary for academia. But I really do not know. Any advice? Thanks!
Does anyone know if there is a list of Library Science programs that fund incoming students? I have found the University of Arizona, University of North Texas, University of Texas -Austin, and the University of Oklahoma. I see that Simmons has limited opportunities as well. I do not want to apply to schools that do not offer some possibility of a fellowship or tuition remission. Can anyone add to my list?
