It's probably difficult for you to tell, but did you get the sense that your invite was a mass email, or alternatively that they were still working their way down the list? Based on the results page, it seems like relatively few people have heard back so far. Is your name near the beginning of the alphabet?

I emailed the program administrator to ask if invites are still going out, will post response when I get it...

I think they send out invitation one by one. Invitation letter was from the program director and cc'ed the student manager, which is kinda unlikely to be a mass email. My first and last names are both near the beginning of the alphabet.  I really hope I have addressed some of your concerns, and all best lucks of your application!

Has anybody heard from Princeton QCB after last Saturday? If they weren’t done yet with invites, I would have thought they would’ve resumed sending them already

It’s a great idea to put all news here. Thanks!

No news:

MIT-CSB

Berkeley

Tri-institutional

UCSD

UCLA

Duke

Rejected:

Cornell (CB)

UMich (PIBS)

Columbia (biomedical informatics)

Interview:

UChicago (GGSB)

I’m losing hope on getting interview other than UChicago given it’s Jan. 6 already. Is it safe to say that all universities had sent out onsite invitations? Have you guys heard any invitations emailed on Jan. in previous years?

I just got a phone call inviting me to Harvard Biostatistics open house (presumably this is an acceptance)?

If they said open house I think it’s yes. Congratulations!

By CMU do you mean CMU-Pitt Comp Bio? If so, yes. I work with the director of the program (Pitt side) and invites won’t go out for another few weeks.

If they didn't specify that you were accepted, I'm pretty sure it's not, but it's highly likely that you will be.

Has anyone else heard back from Columbia C2B2 or biomedical informatics? I saw a round of invites in December, and then a round of rejections in January. But I still haven't heard anything.

Also dying inside because I saw Rockefeller has started sending out invites, and still nothing from Harvard BIG. Is this the real life? ?

Which professors are you interested in working with at Rockefeller? I just got an invite to interview but my interests are mostly genomics/comp bio and I'm worried there might not be too many PIs working in those fields

Congratulations! I had the same concern when applying and TBH if I could have a do-over I'd probably apply for Einstein instead (much larger group of CB faculty there). I have a list of potential PIs with maybe computational projects I can PM you later :)

Questions about your invite: When did it go out, did it seem personalized, and are you also international? Also, I saw in another thread that you'd posted about Columbia. I have received absolutely from them too, and I emailed them about the status of my app last week ?
