I have to make decisions by april 15th But no funding info..what should I do? do I email them and ask? I was admitted to UCSD and Purdue (in MSE Ph.D. program). Which one is better regarding research activities and academic reputation? UPenn replied to my mail 3 weeks ago saying they are finished with the first round and will follow up after those admits are confirmed. Berkeley did not reply to email since a week.
