I was just going to reject a school. they are not my top choice and they had not offered funding. then I received an email about funding. this changes a lot... now I cannot basically reject them. today was the deadline but apparently not, since I just received the news. I also asked for extension from another school, they forwarded me to someone else but still no reply. I am waitlisted for funding from my top choice that's why there is so much confusion...
