In the past, TCU has sent results the first week of March, so hopefully we'll know something next week!

TCU typically calls accepted students, emails those waitlisted and snail mails the rejections.

I've applied to Rice University and Texas A&M. Haven't heard back from A&M yet.

They said the full 90 I think. Are you doing the first interview or the second one? I'll be in the second.

sorry for the late reply! I was in the first slot.

Has anyone heard from Texas State? I know they sent out a few "rejection emails" but not sure if they've sent out anything else.

Has anyone heard anything from Baylor? Doesn't look like many people on the forum applied there except me and @slptex007!

@diana. I applied! I haven't heard anything back though, either.

Ugh I agree!! But then again, I feel a little better knowing that I'm not the only one anxiously awaiting; maybe they just send all of their decisions later in the month. I've seen people on this forum who have heard from a few of my other schools, and it's actually torture knowing that they've been in touch with them and not me . Hopefully we both receive good news when we finally hear from them!

I know, it makes me worried that I got rejected or something :( Praying we both hear good news soon!

Hopefully they tell us soon! We will get an email and the decision will be posted to our "status" page?

Is that correct?

For UT Austin applicants:

"Thank you for applying to the graduate school of Communication Science and Disorders program at the University of Texas. You will be receiving an email notification next week, at the very latest March 18 (we are shooting for Monday or Tuesday). We apologize as the admissions process is taking longer than expected. Thank you for your patience. Please don’t hesitate to call my office with any questions you may have."

The only Texas school I have heard back from is Our Lady of the Lake and I have an interview Friday March 4th. Anyone else going or heard anything about this group interview?

Did you get accepted to OLLU?

UT seems very research focus. Was there a research lab you guys were interested in working in?

I'm really interested in the developmental stuttering lab with Dr. Byrd. I worked on a case study for preschool age stuttering and it was fascinating.

I am very interested in the bilingual labs. Dr. Peña and Dr. Bedore are gurus! I'd also love to be involved in a lab for language disorders in adults. My clinical practicums have proven to me that I'm just not meant to work with children. Haha.
