I got an invitation to the open houses at Calgary and Western which happen to be on the same day (Feb 9th). I heard from Western today and Calgary two weeks ago. Congratulations on getting into Calgary and Western, I've heard that they are two of the best schools in Canada for I/O research. I don't think that we should be too worried about Guelph given that emails were sent out at the end of January last year. Guelph is one of my top choices so I'm really hoping to hear back from them. I believe that SDSU also has a deadline for supplemental documents, including test scores and transcripts, which was 1/12. You would find this deadline if you log in to the application status portal. A current grad student there informed me that recruitment day this year is two weeks later than it was in 2017, and it was already later than Western and Calgary last year. Fingers crossed we hear back from Guelph soon. Oh, interesting! When I spoke with one of the profs in the fall she told me that they had already picked the open house date and it was on February 9th. However, it's very possible that they learned other open houses were being held that day and decided to move it!
