ATAS for Commonwealth Shared Scholarship

Dear Commonwealth shared scholarship alumni,

I got into an ATAS required MSc Program in UK. My university has nominated me for the commonwealth shared scholarship. To further in the scholarship round I need ATAS Clearance.  I talked with ATAS what should I put in the sponsor's name if by now I have not been conferred a scholarship. They say that even if scholarship has not been finalized yet, you should still put the scholarship agency name and details. So far so good. But when I try to search for commonwealth Commission's email, I get now where. They only have the form with which you can contact them. They are not picking up the phone as well...

 

Can any senior guide me about this?
