IP addresses of computers used to visit our website, are stored in our database. This includes when first registering for an account, managing your account details, writing a private or public message or performing any other transaction which results in data being transferred to or from your computer and the website in question.

Your IP address is not visible to the public at any time.

Our website may contain links to other websites. These websites may or may not be affiliated with our website.

We have no control over any external websites therefore clicking any link which results in you visiting an external website will result in this privacy policy no longer applying and we cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites.

Controlling your personal information:

When using our website, you may choose to limit public viewing of applicable personal information through the settings located in your personal account.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you site information or other information pertaining to your account. You can adjust what types of communication you prefer to receive in your account settings.

You may request a copy of any information that we hold on you that could potential identify you as an individual. You may also request that we delete all information that we hold on you should you wish to close your account and no longer be a member of our website. This information is specific to email, password, IP and in some cases, username. See Forum Terms & Rules below for deleting forum posts.

If you discover any of the information that we hold for you is incorrect or incomplete, that you are unable to change yourself, please contact us as soon as possible so the necessary changes can be made. A contact link is available at the bottom of every page on this site and you can also Personal Message an administrator using the sites internal messaging system.

Forum Terms & Rules

Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

However, in general Your messages are permanent: We are not sympathetic to requests that posts be removed or edited. Please think carefully before making your posts, keeping in mind that your posts will likely be here forever and anyone may stumble across them.  You may request your account be deleted, in this case your posts remain, but any personally identifiable information (handle, account name, email address, etc.) are removed. 

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

Account Deactivation & Removal

You may request that your account is removed, in which case we remove your accounts ability to post and send/receive private messages, and the service will no longer contact you. This deactivation operation will leave all of your messages intact, in accordance with the license described in the previous section (Copyright) - however personally identifiable information will be removed.   Because this service is operated by volunteers, removals can take up to 60 days.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Facebook Pixel
Facebook Ads conversion tracking is an analytics service provided by Facebook, Inc. that connects data from the Facebook advertising network with actions performed on this Application.
Spam Defense
The IPS Spam Defense Service passes the email address and IP address of the registering member to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source.
SendGrid
SendGrid is used by this website to process and deliver emails.
reCAPTCHA V2
This site uses a CAPTCHA to ensure humans are performing certain actions. The CAPTCHA provider may set a session cookie and get information about your internet browser and device accessing this website.
