I recently got an email with two fellowship opportunities attached with application instructions. One was for those interested in government service and the other was for those who work might be relevant in preventing terrorism. I'm wondering if this is something everyone got, if this is something people with relevant interests got, or if I truly am the special snowflake my elementary school teacher told me I was.
