I received a phone call this afternoon from the Graduate Coordinator, telling me that I am in! I am so excited, but am hoping for a positive outcome for you guys as well!

I am with you on that point. The waiting is the worst part... I was on their waitlist last year and didn't get in but they told me to reapply. So I have decided to visit and reapply.. I hope I have better chances this time.. Good luck to the both of you!

Hey, I visited Dayton in October and they told me that they usually accept 4 Ph.D. students per year. As far as I know, they don't do interviews, however, last year they sent out first offers in the first week of March. So we may hear from them soon I hope!
