  1. Hello everyone, I graduated in June from University of Washington with BS in Economics and BA in Mathematics. I didn't apply for this fall because I decided to take a year off. Now I'm going to start my application for the fall 2013 and I really need some advice from you guys. My cumulative GPA is 3.50 and my GPA in major is 3.68(Econ)/3.61(Math). My GRE score is Q170/V156/AW4. I don't have much research or intern experience. I'll try to get letters of recommendation from 1. a lecturer from the department of econ who knows me well; 2. a professor from business school (with phd in statistics) whom I work for; 3. the professor of my probability I class (it might be my weakest letter since I rarely talked to him). Given my background, I'm wondering how much likely I could get into the top programs like JHU, Harvard, U of Chicago etc.? Thanks a lot.
