do rejection notices get sent out the same time as acceptance notices?

VIETNAM?? Okay so those were sent out at the end of last week, and I live in NYC and had not gotten anything as of Yesterday. When did your person find out?

Does anyone else in here happen to be waiting for Vietnam? I was told by Jonathan that Vietnam decisions were mailed out at the end of the week last week. I just want to know. Sigh.
