Hello everyone, I have done my undergraduate studies in computer engineering with a GPA 3.8 and now I am doing my masters in computer engineering in the US. My GPA is 3.65 and I am about to graduate. I wish to apply to PhD Computer Science programs. I have some research project experience during my masters program. Is my masters GPA low for getting accepted in top 40 US universities ? My GRE is 1300. Thanks.
