Anyone could help me to decide what grad schools I should apply?
I just took GRE and my I got 149 for verbal, 164 for quantitate and 3.5 for writing.
I'm international student but earned B.S. Computer Science from a mediocre state university in the US. My GPA is 3.60 and I have one year web development work experience after graduation.
Though I don't have any research experience, I had some significant projets in school. E.g. I worked in a team to develop iPhone app for school career center and it's now being used by lots of students.
So, do I have a chance to get into any grad school ranked top 20? I really want to get into Georgia Tech. Does Georgia Tech give preference for the students who did undergrad in the state of Georgia?
