My Man. app was updated last week and now says "Complete Department Review". Does this mean that a decision regarding my admission has been made?

Sent in my application to Manitoba, Community Health Sciences! Decided to go into the M.Sc. program, instead of the MPH program! Anyone else apply to U of M?

Hey! I was wondering if anyone out there can provide some insight into the MPH program at the University of Manitoba, in Winnipeg? For example, is it very competitive to get into? What does admissions staff look for in an application? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
