Hi , I have admits from UMass Amherst and University of Florida,Gainesville for Masters in ECE(specialisation being VLSI - Communications). Can you help me choose between the two admits? I have heard that UMass is good for ECE but UFL is more attractive due to its lower fees and living expenses. UMass' university fees(including insurance,registration fees etc) comes to $22,300 per year for out-state students. How are the 2 in terms of job prospects, research ,faculty ?
