Please note that the admissions Committee is interested in finding out which other universities and programs you have applied to (universities other than University of Texas at Austin.) Hence in their section for 'Guidelines for Statement of Purpose', there is a mention that 'Please also include each program and school to which you have applied and why you applied to that program'.

Since you are from Production engineering, it is unlikely that you had done courses in CS or related subject. "Cross Applications" are difficult, if there is no relevant background. You need to check each university's admission requirements about the courses you had done. Also check if the university will be allowing you to take these missed courses during graduation.
