Got an email this morning. Conditional offer letter will be received in a few days. Anyone know about this conditional offer? Conditional for what?

I had an interview right after submission in Dec and got no news of this school ever since. My second interview comes in Jan and I got rejected last week. My friend who applied for similar programs, has got four interviews already... I feel anxious about my situation...
