  1. let's say i take the GRE twice and my first score is better than my second score. Can I send my first score instead of my second?
  2. i have drafted my personal statement and I believe i made many grammatical mistakes in my essay. Do u guys know any website that i can put my essay on and have experts to make comments as well?
  3. i would like to know if domestic applicant or international student is easier to get acceptance from those universities?
  4. I have graduated from stony brook university (one of the famous state universities across the US) and would like to apply master program in civil engineering at NYU, Columbia, UPenn and USC. I know it is hard to judge one’s chance to be accepted by those universities. But I really want to know my chance roughly. GPA: 3.64 (cum laude) , Dean’s list for three semesters, member of tau beta pi (honor society of Engineering) GRE score: Q 163/ v 150, awa: 3 , I worked as summer trainee (intern) in a small civil engineering company and had two researches in college. I worry so much about my low verbal score, I wonder if Columbia and upenn will accept me. I also heard that nyu and USC are less difficult to get into compared with Columbia and Upenn, is it true?
  5. I have taken the gre twice, i wonder if i can choose to submit either one of the test scores to the college i apply or the test center will send both of my scores anyway?
  6. I graduated at stony brook university with a 3.64 GPA and i would like to apply for a master in civil engineering at some of the top engineering schools like NYU, columbia and UPenn. I worry so much about my GRE score ( Q: 163 V:150). Is my verbal score too low for all those prestigous schools?
