So, basically the fall semester, for a myriad of reasons, was absolutely terrible and insane for me, and I was doing grad school applications in the middle of the craziness. I've since realized that on all my applications I forgot to list one of the schools I attended, and I neglected to have my transcripts sent from that school as well. It's a community college at which I took one class which I transferred to the university I graduated from for credit. I should also note that the credit shows on my bachelor's transcript as a transfer credit from that school, so anyone who examines my transcript from my undergrad institution will be able to see that it was a transfer credit and the name of the community college.
I've been seriously beating myself over the head for forgetting that transcript--I wasn't trying to hide anything or be dishonest (really there's nothing to hide; it's a math class and I got a B in it); it's just I took that class two years ago and haven't thought about it since and it kind of got lost in the shuffle.
So, am I going to be completely screwed for not listing the school on my apps or sending the transcripts? What should I do? All the deadlines have passed and the applications have been turned in, so I don't think going ahead and sending the transcript now would make any difference.
Should I call the schools and ask or should I just wait it out and see if I get any acceptances and bring it up then?
