Hello all,
Want to get this weight off my shoulders and submit my application to UCL's (that's University College London, FYI) MSc in Economic Policy (the more applied alternative to UCL's own MSc in Economics). However, before I do, I'm wondering whether or not to submit my GRE scores. UCL's line on GRE scores is that you don't have to submit them, but that they will be considered if you attach your score report to your application (there's no way of sending your scores to them electronically). At the bottom I've given the two sets of scores I got after sitting the test twice (the first after no prep, in order to get a feel for it, the second after 2 weeks of maths prep).
Is the addition of my score report likely to strengthen my application or is it more likely that it'll hurt my chances of being admitted, seeing as my best score in the quants section is only in the 81st percentile and that there could be a selection bias (i.e. the only applicants who attach their GRE scores could be those who aced it, in which case I may be inviting unfavourable comparisons)?
A few quick responses would be greatly appreciated!
