Also won the ETA to India! Congrats to everyone else who has heard good news today!

I'm under the assumption that IIE is sending these emails out around 4 pm EST, so I'm trying not to expect anything outside of the 3:30-4:30 hour. Since we know the IIE makes final approvals before sending out notifications, I think that the emails have come at about the same time twice might tell us a bit about how their work day is structured and when we can expect emails. I'm dreading someone receiving an email at a completely different time and proving this wrong -- it's nice only expecting the email during a brief part of the day!

I'm just hoping each country is just releasing notifications earlier this year and that soon becomes evident by hearing from all of you -- the fact that the Swiss awards will be out soon is potentially a good indicator for everyone. I've resigned to having to wait a while longer for my own.

Yeah, unfortunately I don't see anything... I applied for the ETA, though, and it doesn't seem like it is announced at the same time as the Full, so I'm not sure if there is a correlation, at least with the ETA and Scholar.

Thank you, I'm very interested to know this! I wonder when the Scholar awards were released last year relative to everything else.

Regarding emails from the IIE: does anyone know if the ones from last year were all sent on Fridays (or even if none were sent on weekends)? I know mailed notifications were the first alerts for some people last year, which has changed, but I wonder since it could be nice to only have to worry about receiving an email one day of the week!

Hi all. I have been recommended for the ETA to India. Are there any other of us here? On the spreadsheet from last year, there is no notification date for the ETA, so I am wondering if any of you might know when the final decisions were released and also if they were sent by email or post.
