    Yeah they said 4 and 1/2 yrs of stipend and tuition.... If I haven't heard from UMich or UWisc yet, is it a pretty good chance of rejection?!?!?!?

    I applied and got accepted on 1/25. Carnegie's visiting week is 2/21-2/23 I also applied to Columbia, UTexas, UMich, UWisconsin, Northwestern, and UPenn. I haven't heard back from any of these.
