Finally I received the official admission letter from graduate school office. It took 15 days since 'recommended...' message for me. A new link appeared in the application status site. Thank you guys, hope good luck!

Is there anyone who got the message "recommended by program-pending graduate school approval" in the application status? I saw this message few days ago, but I didn't receive any email from department or graduate school yet. So I am wondering if anyone got an official offer after this message.
