Thanks ... If Penn isn't considered due to huge fees, what would your next choice be?

Hi people I need your help to decide my university. I have admits from: 1. UPenn (MS in EMBS). 2. UMTC-VLSI. 3. NCSU- Computer Enginnering. 4. Ohio State University- Electrical Engg. 5. USC- VLSI My future plan is to take up a technical job related to Embedded Systems after completing my MS. Regarding parameters to be considered for selecting a university, I would rate my preferences in the following order: 1. Job after MS. 2. Projects intensive course work. 3. Internship and assistantship chances. 4. Fees of the course. Can you please give me your advice and help me out to select the university? Thanks in advance. Regards Shallav
