Dear all, I received an email from a professor, who said that "I have received the highest recommendation from the admission committee...". This confused me because I always believed that the admission committee is the "highest authority" in the whole process. So the question is, to whom do they recommend me? Does this mean I have been admitted by that school? Thanks~
