It's definitely not bad, but what really gets me is that the university housing requiring 12-month leases starts in July. University housing also tends to not be a great value, you sacrifice bang for your buck for convenience. Also, incoming PhD OR and hoping to look for housing with a roommate . Only thing I'm insisting on is be clean, especially in the kitchen.
