Thanks for the responses. For the record, I have about 3 years of communications/marketing/editorial experience. One of the good things about the program is classes are at night, so you can work fulltime while studying, which helps mediate the costs a bit. And I don't have any undergrad debt, so this would be it.
I was recently accepted into the M.A. in Media & Public Affairs program at George Washington University. Just wanted to see if anyone here is a current or past student who can tell me a little more about what the program is like and how it has/hasn't helped with your career goals. Or if you are someone working in the political communications/journalism field, what your perception of the program is?
