Hello for everyone. I am an international student and I got the admission letter from the Berkeley Dean 2 weeks ago. I applied for PhD in SEMM (UCB). I put this info before but it's only to keep you posted. About UIUC I received an unofficial admission but the official admission will be sent on April according to my Faculty contact. Good luck for all!

Thanks a lot. I applied to PhD only, but due to I am new applying to U.S Universities I do not know if this step is defenitely an acceptance, what do you think?

Yesterday I got the letter to the Dean which I am recommended for doing my PhD there. So exited!

As long as I know, the desicions will be sent out this month according to my faculty contact said.

In my case, I have not received any confirmation from UIUC, UCB, Virginia tech. Do you know something about those Universities?

Hello everyone. Has someone heard about Berkeley admissions? I know that student selecion is happening this week yet I have not received anything yet. UIUC is another option and as the same as Berkeley, I know the commite has been selecting student from one week ago.
