Hello Guys, I have admits from KULeuven and delft and I am applying for MS fall 2013. I would really appreciate help on figuring out the pros and cons of both these as scholarship chances look gloomy. Also I have applied for GATech, UM-AA ,UT Austin ,TAMU and the result is awaited or worst case rejects. My field of interest is Signal Processing Thanks a lot Cheers
