I have applied to Berkeley, Education Department, the program of Language, Literacy and Culture with the deadline on the 4-th of Dec. Until now I have not heard from them. All I received is automatic confirmations of receipt of my letters of recommendation and exam results. Looking through the postings about Berkey Education amission for the last year, I found that people got accepted in late Jan/Feb. The others got refusals in March. However, I have not heard from anybody who applied this year. Is the procedure the same this year? If I have not received anything from them in February, should I expect denial in March?
