Have you heard anything yet?

Hey, I also applied to VCFA (for the full residency MFA though). I submitted everything last week and got a confirmation email soon after. It said they would let me know in 2-3 weeks. Maybe each segment of the program is different, though?

I was told the same thing, Cactus Ed. At least the email was personal and really nice - DGS commented on the strength of one of my papers, which surprised me. Best of luck to all going to U of O and to everyone making decisions

Cactus Ed, Just got this email from Mike Stamm: "Decision letters will be going out later this week— Best, Michael" Seeing as they've been accepting via phone...does that mean rejection round 2 letters?

I'm going to email Stamm... I'll let you know what he says

Holding out hope for Oregon...

I need to accept or decline an offer that another school has given me this week. Not sure what to do about Oregon... I'd really like to at least know whether I got in or not. What is your other top choice, Cactus Ed?

It's interesting to me that no one has been (or has reported being) rejected via the application website.

I'm in the same boat. Just want to know!
