Live in Baltimore and commute! Rent in Baltimore is insanely cheap, and the commute is not bad AT ALL! Maybe 30-40 minutes down 95S. or you can take the MARC (I think). Baltimore also has way more of a social scene, with great arts, music, and a lot of young professionals and artists living in the city. College Park is pretty quiet and boring (and kinda pricey), and D.C. is insanely expensive and in my own personal opinion, doesn't have the same personality that Baltimore does. That's just my opinion. Best of luck!
