I am an international student and get admitted by both UM and RU. The UM program is "communication studies," while the RU is "master of communication and information studies." Neither offer financial support. The UM requires a 6-week intensive English program prior to graduate school. I prefer to attain a PhD. in the future. Which one is more suitable for me? Thanks guys!
