I should probably also add that Columbia is my dream school... and I currently live in Columbia housing with my boyfriend who is a law student there. That being said, it's a lot of money!

I am a Chemical Engineering student planning to get my PhD. I am trying to decide between a fully funded PhD program at City College (CCNY) and a non-funded masters program at Columbia. After completing my masters program at Columbia, I would apply to their PhD program. Which would you choose? Help!
