Hi everyone!
I am in the process of choosing between Georgia Tech and Cambridge University to start my PhD in Machine Learning (Computer Science). The offer from Georgia Tech is fully funded, but I have yet to hear about any funding from Cambridge (though PhD candidates tend to have some form of funding), and both departments are great! However, I haven't been able to decide, and thought I'd ask you guys for any suggestions (especially if you know anything about my chances for potential positions in academia or industry after my graduation from either university). I already did my master's at Oxford University, and obviously loved the city and the whole Oxbridge experience. But the US university system seems more rigorous especially for graduates.
Any help?
Thanks!
