No I haven't spoke with the residence office yet, I will be emailing them tonight because I know we need to be there before August 15th - however the deadline to request an early move in date is July 1st.

When I applied for Grad House, it asked me whether I want 2 bedroom suite/2bedroom loft/1 bedroom apartment, etc and I chose 2 bedroom suite. Grad House is different from all the other residence places - it's new and it will be finished this summer. I also got matched to potential roommates and I sent some of them a request based on their profiles lol.

That sounds like a good idea. I think we should be notified within a few weeks about residence. Which one did you apply to?

For all of you accepted to U of Sask, have you received the official letter in the mail yet? I know they said it would take 3 weeks but just curious.

Hey! I still need to hear from U of Sask. I got recommended by the department. I called CGSR last week and she said that she is behind in sending out official letters but should be able to send them out by this week.

Oh, I misunderstood you! I thought you meant you already receieved an official letter. I was hoping to receive it today since it has been two weeks but I guess it'll be by next week.

@Machiatto: Did your status on the U of S website change after you got your approval from CGSR? Right now, my admission decision indicates "Dept Recommend." I was wondering if I can expect it to change to "Accepted" or something? Thanks!

Thanks for the info! I also just spoke to a CGSR representative and she said that all offers will be sent out by next week. Also, she said that if you have been recommended by a program then most likely you are in unless if there are specific conditions. So, it's just a matter of her sending the official letter now! She did say that she was behind in sending those. Btw, do you know how big the class size is for School of Public Health?

I am waiting to hear back from CGSR at U of S. After how long did you hear from CGSR following recommendation by School of Public Health?
