Got my letter finally, CGS M. What exactly is the process to inform NSERC of your decision to accept?

I'm from Edmonton, in Vancouver now. I was told by my department that I received an award but have not received a letter yet so I went to double check the mailing address of my application. Lo and behold, I put "Vancouver, AB." You think they would have fixed the address before mailing?
