Hey all, I have an admit for Masters in mechanical engineering from both UPenn and UDub. Both these courses are unfunded. I did a lot of research on these universities but I couldnt come to a decisive conclusion yet. Cost factor apart, how good are these universities for Thermal Sciences(heat transfer in particular)? Which among these two would be your choice?
