Hi all! Thanks for the great tips on this page. I am an international student who will be attending the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Policy (located on 19th Avenue, I think). I would really appreciate advice on places to stay. As far as I can tell from the forum, as a grad student, it's better to stay off-campus. Ideally, I'd like to live somewhere that's close (or easily accessible by public transport) to the School, safe, and with a relatively interesting social scene. Any suggestions?
