Just received my award notification from Brandon too! Best of luck everyone. It's been great commiserating with everyone over the last 18 months!

I emailed Brandon Jones over the weekend to clarify if we would be waiting into May to here about decisions. I think his response is fairly positive. Maybe we'll know something this week! Here is his response: "The plan is for notifications to be made immediately following decisions. Meaning same day or day after"

@ Blue Gopher. The message from Brandon was on Monday or Tuesday. I am surprised you have had trouble getting feedback. I must have emailed Bronda over the course of 2013, 10 or so times and always was responded to within 1-2 days. From Brandon's email, it sounds like the funding is secured and we are waiting on the slow turning of the bureaucratic cogs, hopefully this whole thing will be resolved soon.

From Brandon Jones: No award decisions have been made, however, now that Congress has passed a budget, we are waiting on those operational funds to reach the programs. Once that happens, we will be able to pass along more definitive information regarding the award status from the 2013 STAR competition.

Anybody know what the hangup is now? Potentially related to the pending debt limit increase vote?

Do you think they have already selected proposals to be funded for the fellowship program. Anyone have any clue if they have finished handing out rejections?

For those who have been sent rejection letters, has your status changed on the grants.gov track my application page? F1 still waiting...
