Anyone?

Hi all, I've recently been admitted to both UCSD and Georgia Tech for the computer science MS course. My interests lie in HPC/Systems and from what research I've done on both universities, they both seem pretty strong, with great faculty and research labs. My goal is to pursue a PhD and this is the main factor I'm considering in order to make my decision. Which of these colleges would be better if I'm to apply for a PhD afterwards? I also couldn't find any conclusive information on the intake statistics of either college. Which of them is more selective? Regarding aid, I heard that a TA is easier to obtain at UCSD and an RA is easier at GTech. Is this accurate? Any help would be great
