Thanks. I won a CGS, but I applied to go elsewhere. I'm happy I can have it converted!

question: if you're awarded a CGS, but you applied internationally (and your proposal made that clear), can you convert it to a doctoral fellowship?

I called SSHRC. No results for PhD fellowships have been announced yet. If the two posters are telling the truth, they're likely candidates for sponsored awards like the CNSC one.
