They didn't respond to my emails either. I ended up calling them and finally got through. I think it depends on what address you use as your permanent one. Thanks to everyone who posted!

In December I got an email saying they would send info about the writing test after Dec.22, but so far nothing. No response to my email either. Has anyone else heard/not/heard from them about this? Thank you!
