I forgot to ask too - how important is the prestige of your undergraduate institution? does it factor in at all if youve gone to a top notch school or a second rate school when your portfolio is very good? would it help to have studied math at MIT?

curious to here from anybody else who has applied to yale for sculpture. yale is my number 1 and i am now anxiously waiting for some info back. i feel my work was pretty strong but poorly documented. how much of a difference you think this will make? Also, my statement was only a couple sentences.
