Hi everyone
This is my first post, also a paramount one. To add to the information above: My mission is getting accepted from a US or Canada with full funding and stipend and I have a full year to do whatever needs to be done to accomplish it. I am aiming to nail the TOEFL and GRE but I'm afraid there's more than that to it.
important fact: our currency has been greatly devalued recently and I can't afford to pay tuition fees and/or living expenses
So, which universities should I consider? should I start getting in touch with professors and discover funding opportunities?
what skills or qualities matter the most when it comes to funding and securing a TA or RA position?
Thank you OutWest, this is so helpful.
I am going to apply for Fall 2014 for interaction design or service design programs. What are my options/chances for getting a fully funded admission?
1. International applicant
2. BA Industrial Design -- GPA : 3.5
3. TOEFL: 112/120
4. Some programming experience
