Same here! $180 down the drain. Those guys have some weird policies. Anyhow, I'm not taking it, since I can't afford the test fee and the deadlines (at the schools I was applying to) have already passed. I'm only applying to a couple of Canadian universities and one or two European schools whose deadlines haven't passed.
