The following question was presented to me:
'Can you name a situation where the decision of a social worker would be above the law'
I instantly thought NO. However I have considered this further and was wondering what are others views on this matter??
In relation to the Human Rights Act 1998 and other social work 'primary' legislation its looks to be a grey area in terms of invasion of 'private' family life.
Any suggestions or views are appreciated.
