Does anyone have experience with applying to this program? I received word the last week of May that my application was complete. How long do they usually take to process applications? Is it on a rolling basis or after they have received all apps (deadline is July 15th). Thanks in advance...

Yes, this is mentioned in the Princeton GRE prep book. ETS gets a lot of money for selling people's email addresses who are "in the market" for a grad school.
